You will find these on the opposite of the large brick block in front of Argyle St, and on the opposite side of the beach, opposite the Promenade Mall.

They are open limited hours and on busy days we don’t recommend them.
Where to go then? Our advice is ask nicely at one the restaurants. Be honest. Explain the public loos feel unsafe and unhygienic. If you are a tourist, you will be looked at with more sympathy.
