Thank You.
Our advice: don’t be too precious about parking.
Accept you may have a bit of walk to the beach. Trying to park on the Beach Road can be unnecessarily stressful. Just two roads up from the beach, parking gets easier.
Please park considerately. If you arrive early in the morning and see empty roads and think, ‘cool, let me span my car across three bays’, know that in 2 hours you’ll be the one hogging precious space.
Park illegally and you are likely to find your car ticketed or towed away with R750 – R1000 fine once you have found your car and got it released.
Don’t park in front of homeowner’s access. They will call the traffic police.
Why not park on the Camps Bay Soccer field right on Beach Rd?
From November to April on busy summer days, they open at 10am, take the last car in at 9-10pm. All cars must be out by 12pm. Charge is R30-40, depending on the time of the year
